- Built Finance & Accounting's AI program from the ground up — organized a two-day
workshop for 100+ employees and a follow-on hackathon producing 12 use cases, with
the winning case now in active pilot.
- Led the AI-enabled, full-lifecycle migration from BlackLine to Oracle ARCS —
redesigning the reconciliation workflow end to end and owning evaluation,
requirements, development, testing, deployment, control design, and support —
reaching go-live in ~12 weeks with a 2-person team and capturing ~$1M in 3-year
value.
- Served on the PMO for Oracle Fusion ERP Phase 2, supporting all major workstreams
to an on-time, on-budget go-live that completed the $15M two-phase program.
- Led segregation-of-duties impact assessments across Fusion mega-processes (RTR,
STS, QTC) — remediating through OTBI reporting, role redesign, and access cleanup
to ensure ITGCs passed for the implementation.
- System administrator for Oracle Fusion ERP, FCCS, BlackLine, and PBCS — owning
first-line Finance application support, ~15 operational SOX controls, quarterly
release reviews, and reporting modernization and master data governance in
partnership with Product and finance leadership.
- Appointed to the enterprise AI council — supporting product evaluation of
Alexandria, an earnings-prep tool, through council review and into pilot.
- Build custom Claude Cowork skills automating daily finance workflows — including
an open-items status process (report pull, Excel pivot, drafted owner follow-ups,
Teams confirmation) saving ~30 minutes daily, and a workbook analyzer that flags
formulas and hardcodes in complex models, deployed on a large impairment
analysis.

- Performed operational Record-to-Report capacity assessment for senior client
leadership, resulting in a $3M contract and first footprint into the client's
finance arena.
- Managed a team of 3–5 driving critical paths of an SAP S/4HANA finance
implementation (from Oracle EBS) in tandem with the system integrator; identified
capacity constraints that drove a 5-person program addition.
- Redesigned the Procure-to-Pay workflow through root cause analysis and procurement
policy redesign — clearing a $52M AP invoice backlog and driving SOX compliance of
core P2P functions.
- Developed 10 process flows, 5 SOPs, and 3 RACIs surrounding vendor onboarding
through stakeholder discovery sessions; liaised between business leaders and IT
partners to refine requirements and roadmap.
- Managed a 3-person payroll team executing month-end/quarter-end close (130
reconciliations, 20 pay runs, 40 journal entries per close); devised 20+ SOPs
enabling global process outsourcing from North America to Asia.
